Comfortable Stay with Great Pool and Staff
We enjoyed a pleasant five-night stay. The corner double room featured stunning mountain views. The staff offered exceptional service, especially at breakfast with gluten-free options. I'd recommend requesting a room away from the elevator for quieter nights. Overall, a nice experience with room for improvement.

Solo traveler who appreciates comfort and accessibility
Had a comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the Andes from my room. The housekeeping staff even cleaned my room after 1 p.m. when I overslept, and they came through even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, that's some good service.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

good stay but needs improvements
The breakfast had an excellent view with a good variety of choices, though we expected more for the price. Our corner double room was spacious and well-kept, providing a nice view that added to our experience. The location is ideal, right at Italia Square, making it easy to explore local attractions. Additionally, I appreciated the presence of a small mall nearby with diverse dining options.
The hotel lacks a restaurant or pool bar, which was a disappointment for us.

The large, clean room offered beautiful views and a comfortable bed, which made for a restful stay. Breakfast featured homemade yogurt and fresh fruits, but the variety could have been improved given the price. The location near Plaza Italia was ideal for exploring, though the hotel lacked a restaurant and bar. The staff were generally friendly, enhancing the experience despite minor shortcomings.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast featured a lovely selection of fresh fruits and delicious pastries, making each morning enjoyable.
